1 medium beet (raw or lightly steamed & cooled depending on the power of your blender)
4 cups red leaf lettuce
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup water
1 in ginger peeled
4 frozen strawberries

  4. This is an awesome smoothie! Simply packed with nutrition. I do a lot of green smoothies myself so I’m excited to try a red smoothie! ;)

    • Definitely give it a try! I also know of a lot of people who put a T or so of cocoa powder to make a “Red Velvet” flavor (I personally don’t like chocolate too much so haven’t tried it)
