This is a super easy refreshing smoothie I like to start the day with!
- 1 Cucumber
- ¼ cup Yogurt or Whey
- 1 Small Head Green Lettuce
- 1 T Fresh Ginger, peeled & chopped
- ¼ Cup Golden Beets (peeled & chopped)
- ¼ Avocado
- 10 Drops Stevia
- Blend & enjoy!
